Hoenn Region (ホウエン地方 Hōen Chiho) is the third major region to be feature in the main Pokémon series and the setting of Ruby, Sapphire, and Emerald. Hoenn Region's is inspirational based on Kyūshū region in the real world. Johto currently have 16 known settlements of cities and towns.
